Shipping Policy

Processing targets, current rates, tracking, address responsibility, inspection, and shipment-issue reporting.

This working policy supports transparent research commerce but does not replace legal advice. Pureform will reconcile the published version with its legal entity, jurisdiction, processor, fulfillment practices, and applicable law before launch.

1. Destinations

Pureform currently accepts United States addresses through checkout and may decline an address it cannot lawfully or reliably serve. Exact state, territory, and destination exclusions will be confirmed before launch.

2. Processing target

Qualifying, verified, in-stock orders are targeted for carrier handoff within 24 hours on business days. Payment, eligibility or address review, weekends, holidays, peak volume, inventory, and carrier conditions may affect timing. This is a handling target, not a guaranteed delivery date.

3. Rates

The current storefront calculates $9.95 standard shipping and free standard shipping when the merchandise subtotal after discount reaches $150. The review step displays the controlling amount before submission.

4. Transit and tracking

Any delivery window begins after carrier acceptance and remains an estimate. Tracking appears on the order-tracking page after authorized operations staff record carrier details. Carrier data may take time to update.

5. Address accuracy

The purchaser is responsible for a complete deliverable address and should contact support immediately if a correction is needed. Changes may be unavailable after processing or carrier handoff.

6. Receipt and inspection

Inspect the package promptly, verify the item and condition, and place the material into the documented research-storage environment. Delivery never authorizes a use outside the Research Use Policy.

7. Loss, damage, or error

Report a damaged package, wrong item, or apparent carrier loss to contact@pureform-peptides.com with the order number, tracking details, packaging photographs, and product photographs where reasonably available. The Returns Policy governs remedies.
