Pureform policies

Privacy Policy

How the current storefront processes order, compliance, authentication, storage, and operational information.

Effective August 5, 2026 · Pre-launch draft for counsel review

This working policy supports transparent research commerce but does not replace legal advice. Pureform will reconcile the published version with its legal entity, jurisdiction, processor, fulfillment practices, and applicable law before launch.

1. Information users provide

Pureform processes checkout and support details such as name, email, telephone number, shipping address, order selections, notes, and communications. It also records required age, research-purpose, prohibited-use, compliance, and policy confirmations. Do not send health records, government identifiers, or complete card details through support channels.

2. Order and operational records

The system stores order identifiers, line items, prices, discount references, shipping amounts, statuses, timestamps, tracking details, and status history. Authorized administrators may manage inventory, active discounts, and genuine COA metadata. PDF bytes remain in managed object storage; searchable records contain metadata and storage references.

3. Authentication and technical data

Owner access uses the platform authentication service. The application receives identity and role data needed to establish a session and enforce authorization. Infrastructure providers may process IP address, browser, device, request, session, and diagnostic data needed to deliver and protect the service.

4. Payment information

This application does not currently collect complete card details. When a hosted processor is connected, that provider will collect payment credentials under its terms. Pureform may receive transaction status, limited metadata, fraud signals, and identifiers needed to reconcile an order.

5. Uses

Information is used to operate and secure the website; validate, price, review, fulfill, and support orders; enforce research restrictions; provide tracking; manage genuine documents; prevent misuse; maintain records; troubleshoot; comply with law; and improve service performance. Marketing requires an appropriate lawful basis and consent where applicable.

6. Sharing

Information may be disclosed to providers that host the application, database, authentication, storage, analytics, payments, communications, fulfillment, or carrier functions; to professional advisers; to a lawful business successor; or where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights and safety.

7. Cookies and local storage

The site uses session technology for authentication and security and local storage to remember cart contents and the minimum access-gate state. Non-essential analytics or advertising technology must be inventoried, disclosed, and consent-gated where required before activation.

8. Retention and security

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for its purpose, operational and accounting records, fraud prevention, legal obligations, disputes, and policy enforcement, then deleted or de-identified where feasible. Pureform uses managed infrastructure and server-side controls, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

9. Rights, age, and contact

Depending on location, a person may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a copy of information. The service is not directed to anyone under 21. Requests may be sent to contact@pureform-peptides.com.
